Yes, we ship internationally. We’ll deliver your orders if your pin code is serviceable by our courier partners.

Order Placement
Select the product, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout by clicking the “Checkout” button and enter payment and delivery details.
Apply the promo code on the shipping page, visible after entering customer information.
You will receive a confirmation email and a call. Your order will be processed, packed and shipped from our Surat warehouse. You will receive a tracking ID on WhatsApp, an email to track the delivery of your order.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, EMI, wallets (Freecharge, Mobikwik, JioMoney, Paytm), and Scan N Pay.
Report any unauthorized activity to your bank immediately. We do not store card details and use secure payment gateways.
Yes, we do not store your card details. Payments are processed through a secure site with authorization from your card issuer.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic shipping is included in the MRP. For international orders, charges are based on weight.
Yes, express shipping is available for an additional INR 300. (Currently unavailable)
Standard shipping takes 15-20 working days. Express shipping takes 4 working days. (Currently it only works on some products)
Each order ships to a single address. Place separate orders for different addresses.
No, shipping charges are non-refundable in case of exchanges or cancellations.
Taxes (GST) are applied to all orders as per government regulations. All products are inclusive of tax.
Our delivery service providers will attempt delivery three times before returning the product to our warehouse.
Returns, Replacement & Refunds
Currently, we do not accept returns except for damaged or incorrect products.

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Email support@aachho.com with your order number.
Cancellation after shipping is difficult. Please inform us as early as possible.
Refunds will be credited as credit points to your Frillfit account, usable for future purchases. (Currently unavailable)
